The Fairport Soccer Tournament is sanctioned by the New York State West Youth Soccer Association. You can download our “permission to host” form here.
Fairport Soccer Tournament - July 9th-11th 2010
The 2010 Fairport Soccer Club Tournament and Festival will be held July 09-11, 2010. The Fairport Soccer Club tournament offers three full days of fantastic soccer action with upwards of 175 outstanding teams. We have great concessions, a club store, a free Saturday night concert, and of course great play on the pitch.
Tournament Volunteers
The success of the Fairport Tournament depends on the help of all the player families! Each player family will be asked to take on 2 two-hour jobs during the tournament weekend. There will be an on-line sign-up for parents to select volunteer job preferences - jobs include Parking, Field Marshal, Concessions Sales, and more! Volunteer jobs are never scheduled during your players’ games. Look for more information in the spring season!

Team Rosters
U8 through U10 - 14 players maximum, 5 players minimum
Game Procedure
U8 through U10, two 25 min halves
U11 through U17, U19 two 30 min halves
Minimum 3 games
Awards
U8 through U10, awards for all participants on every team
U11 through U17 and U19, 1st and 2nd place awards only
In each game one sportsmanship medal per team is awarded to an individual player.

Entertainment
A club sponsored concert Saturday evening starting at 6:30pm will feature The Emerald City Band. Their music includes danceable hits from the 60’s through today. Check out their website http://www.myspace.com/emeraldcitybandrochester for more band information.

The 2010 tournament includes the following vendors:
Valenti Sports for clothing, soccer apparel, related accessories, Fairport High School.
Abbott’s Ice Cream for delicious Ice Cream, Treats, Fairport High School.
Food Concessions will be hosted by the club with Pizza, Hot Dogs and Hamburgers, Chips, Drinks, Candy, Coffee and pastries, Fairport High School and Club Sponsored Concert
