FSC/RDYSL Game Change Request Process

  1. Coach/Manager utilizes the Field Availability tool to check field availability
  2. Coach/Manager reaches out to opposing team with date options and gets verbal "OK".
    1. Suggested to look at the ref usage by day 
  3. Coach/Manager sends FSC President game change request with the following:
    1. Subject: Game #/Coach Last Name (ie: 10041/Mirando)
    2. Body:
      1. Original Date
      2. Opponent
      3. New Date
      4. Time
      5. Field Requested
  4. FSC President will confirm Approval via email back to Coach/Manager
  5. Coach/Manager enters change at RDYSL and gets opposing coach to concur
    1. Will need your Team ID to enter change at RDYSL
