FSC/RDYSL Game Change Request Process
This is the process for Home Games Only. For away games, the home team will need to secure their own field and then let you know when ready to submit the change to RDYSL (step #5 below)
**Please note, the Field Availability tool will only show if a field is available for the full game time for the age group selected. If there are already games on that field and not enough time to add an additional game, that field for that day will be grayed out**
- Coach/Manager utilizes the Field Availability tool to check field availability
- Be sure to select the Activity Type and enter your Age Group for the available fields to populate
- Coach/Manager reaches out to opposing team with date options and gets verbal/email "OK".
- You MUST look at the ref usage by day. The max refs for any given day is 100 and that day cannot be selected (if an older team with 3 refs, need to take that into account)
- Coach/Manager sends game change request to fairportsoccersocialmedia@gmail.com with the following required information for an FSC Board Representative to make the change for the field:
- Subject: Game #/Coach Last Name (ie: 10041/Mirando)
- Body:
- Original Date
- Opponent
- New Date
- Time
- Field Requested
- FSC Board Representative will confirm Approval via email back to Coach/Manager
- Coach/Manager enters change at RDYSL under Login > Team > Make a Game Change and gets opposing coach to enter as well
- Will need your Team ID to enter change at RDYSL
- Once all these steps are completed, the game change is complete
