The Fairport Soccer Club Micro Soccer Program is for girls and boys ages five to seven. The program runs from January to early July. Sessions are one hour per week. From January to April, sessions are conducted indoors in Fairport. Beginning in May we move outdoors to one of the local Fairport school fields. The cost is $175 and includes all coaching and instruction, a soccer ball and player uniform.

The program is designed to provide kids with a fun yet instructional introduction to soccer and is a great predecessor to joining one of our travel soccer teams when they are eight years old. Kids are engaged in various soccer related games and activities that provide them with many opportunities to build soccer skills without having to stand in lines. The end of the session always ends with 1 v 1, 2 v 2 or 3 v 3 games.

The head coach again this year for the fourth year in a row is Steve Fish. Steve grew up in Fairport, has two young children of his own, and is a third grade teacher. Steve is also High School Varsity coach for Victor. He has coached several different soccer camps for kids and has several coaching licenses that include the US Soccer Youth license, which is designed specifically for children of this age group.
